How to use them
For your eyes: move from inside to outside slowly and gently, repeat 5 to 15 times. Note: do not get scraping cream into your eyes
For your nose: slowly from top to the tip of the nose, repeat 5 to 10 times until the skin gets slightly hot
For your face: do not touch your skin with your finger, press the scraping board while moving it from bottom to the top slowly and gently, repeat 10 to 15 times
For your neck: slowly from top to bottom, repeat 10 to 20 times until the skin gets slightly hot

How do I use it?
After taking off make-up and washing your face, start rolling over the desired area horizontally. Repeat the same movement four to fives times vertically and diagonally. For best result, finish off by applying your preferred facial cosmetics, we recommend Vitamin C serum, Collagen or Hyaluronic acid cream or essential oil.

As I get older ( sad face!) I realise that I need to be kinder to my skin and stop using rough cleansers and exfoliants. This is a gently, soothing product that is cool on the skin and gently helps to get serums and moisturisers into the face. I love the feel of it and it is such a nice way to wake up my skin in the morning. It sits nicely in the hand and is great value way to add something to my routine.
